Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use MaskAI: the app for iPhone, the web app at maskai.app/app and this website. By creating an account or using MaskAI, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use MaskAI

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in accounts secure, and for what happens in your MaskAI account.

What you can upload

Only upload photos and videos that you have the right to use. If a photo or video shows someone other than you, you must have their permission. You may not upload or create:

• anything showing or involving anyone under 18;
• nudity or sexual content;
• content that harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans anyone;
• content made to mislead people about what a real person said or did, including fake endorsements, news or evidence;
• hateful or graphically violent content, or content that encourages self-harm;
• anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We check uploads and text automatically and may block a request, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits for a blocked request are returned.

Credits

• MaskAI uses credits. Every template and model shows its price in credits before you generate.
• Credit packs and the weekly plan are bought in the MaskAI app for iPhone, through Apple. Apple's terms apply to those purchases, including refunds, and the weekly plan renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• If a generation fails, times out or is blocked by our safety checks, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Free credits, such as the welcome bonus and daily credits, are offered at our discretion and may change.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred to another account. Prices and rewards may change, but changes never affect a generation you've already started.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photos and videos you upload. You give MaskAI permission to store, process and send them to our providers only as needed to create what you ask for and to keep the service safe. Uploads are deleted automatically 7 days after you add them.

Templates and creations

Templates may contain material that belongs to others. You may keep your creations and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You're responsible for how you share and use them: don't present a creation as real footage of a real person, and follow the rules of the places where you post it, including any requirement to label AI-generated content.

AI results can be unexpected or inaccurate. We can't guarantee that a result will look the way you hoped, but you can see the price first and failed generations are refunded.

The service

We may add, change or remove templates, models and features. MaskAI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, MaskAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using MaskAI after that, the new terms apply.
